We are an e-commerce entity as defined by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and are in compliance with the said Act and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Customers, who are not registered with us and are visiting our web site as ‘guests’ to avail of the e-commerce service we are offering, are mandated to read and accept our Terms of Service before proceeding to use the web-site.

We do not levy cancellation charges on cancellation of orders placed by customers or on orders cancelled by us for any reason whatsoever.

We have a well-defined refund policy which is available for reading on this web site and is downloadable. This policy will be updated periodically.

We have also uploaded our privacy policy that every customer can access and read or download, and such policy is in conformance to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules thereunder.

Customer complaints may be recorded in the complaints section and upon uploading the complaint the system will automatically generate a Ticket Number for your reference for status tracking and for follow-up.

Our legal and compliance counsel ensures compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Rules thereunder. This apart, you may contact Ms. Lavanya, our Grievance Redressal Officer at 89399 53343 who will facilitate redressing your complaint with particular reference to any complaint regarding the violation of any provision of this Act.

We exclusively sell our own products and do not operate as a “seller on marketplace”.
