Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

 Thank you for shopping at "Kolam Podu".

"Kolam Podu" does not offer a "Return Policy" except in cases where the items ordered are received in damaged condition.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY:

  • There are no refunds due to delays beyond the estimated delivery date.
  • The estimated delivery date on the tracking page is only an estimate and not an accurate date of when the product will be delivered. It will take 7 to 10 business days for delivery once picked up.
  • If your order has not yet been picked up by the courier partner, we can edit the address/mobile number for you.
  • If details given are incorrect, your order will be returned to us. Make a payment of Rs 200 and we will send the order again. Payment can be made via UPI.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS DELIVERED:

If items ordered are found to be damaged, defective at the time of delivery, please call "Kolam Podu" within 2 hours @ 89399 53343 and log your complaint along with details of delivery challan and invoice.

"Kolam Podu" will revert within 48 hours from time of logging in your complaint, evaluate the issue and will initiate an exchange. The product has to be returned to "Kolam Podu" and hence it is imperative that the packaging in which received, delivery challan and invoice are returned intact to "Kolam Podu" immediately upon demand.

 EXCHANGE AND REFUND:

"Kolam Podu" has a "No Refund Policy". Decision to exchange (only if order is damaged or incorrect) will be entertained. This shall be notified and executed within 10 business days from the date of notification. Delays, if any, should be notified by mail to "kolampodu@gmail.com" and "Kolam Podu" shall ensure corrective action.

It is mandatory that the item on exchange must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
