“Kolam Podu” – Privacy Policy

 “Kolam Podu”, while possessing, dealing with or handling any personal information that relates to a natural person, which either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available by a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person, or sensitive personal data or information, including but not limited to, passwords, financial information, physical, physiological, or mental health conditions, sexual orientation, medical records and history and biometric information, has implemented and maintains “reasonable security practices” to protect any or all such sensitive personal information or data. While doing so “Kolam Podu” is in conformance to Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Information Technology Act (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive data or Information) Rules, 2011.

We also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services ("Usage Data"). To do this, we may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies ("Cookies").
