Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
- For all orders within India a flat rate of Rs.75/- for 5 books is charged as shipping cost. We are working on shipping worldwide.
- India Post is our shipping partner for domestic shipping.
- If you are based out of a remote location or a courier non-serviceable area, please write to us with your complete mailing address and order details to kolampodu@gmail.com and we will arrange for a suitable service to deliver the product. Please note that some carriers may charge an additional sum or surcharge to deliver at remote locations, in such cases we will intimate you the additional charge prior to the delivery of the same.
- For domestic shipments any additional tax as applicable should be borne by the customer.
- For all orders for up to 5 units, products will be shipped within 2 working days from date of order confirmation. This will mean that the packaged units ordered will be delivered to India Post or any other determined courier agency within this time frame. Over and above these two days there is a time frame for travel from pick up hub to delivery hub and from there to customer or to last mile delivery station for deliveries to remote places. Kolam Podu is not responsible for delays once package is booked for delivery with the courier agent. Nevertheless, Kolam Podu will follow through with the courier for any delay on the part of the courier as a matter of customer service.

- Shipping as above will be effected only upon receipt of payments for the order and the shipping cost.
